Sing the light

I remember that day, I sat on the bus, overheard Yang Fei 971 music channels broadcast the evening of June 12 had eight games in Shenzhen Charity Concert Hall (sing the light - and the valley's residents Xiaojuan ), the publicity was then infected host, the host said the story touched me, then come home at night the first thing on the Internet to find information about this concert is the first time to understand the and the inhabitants of the valley, So I had the reaction is, they should go and see, maybe I can do to a little modest, but I would like to use this limited power to help them, and I want to hear that the voice of nature Xiaojuan, so I Order a ticket, waiting for the arrival of June 12th.
finally came to Shenzhen Concert Hall tonight, with Zhao sister company of friends and more good (because before I told her this news, she did not much want to say to me to help her booking, are a real kind of big sister), to listen to a lot of people at the concert, the atmosphere good. Unfortunately, see other people taking pictures, we did not bring a camera, this is the biggest mistake tonight (think focus on the concert, also consoled himself), more than 200 blind tonight with us and listen to the singer voice, listening to their voices, listen to our voice. Sound is a color, eyes closed tonight we can listen, listen to their songs like nature, but also listen to the echoes of our hearts. We bathed in the light of the time when the country there are more than 600 million because of poor cataract patients did not receive timely treatment, lost the ability to watch the world and look forward to listening tonight we might exchange some blind light. Voice had to hide the color, as long as you have a sensitive heart. May be a small action, a small subsidy, a caring look, a warm word, a free and easy attitude, but there is contains sincere emotion. Maybe, every time we get to pay does not make the enjoyment of material, but a look, that ray of light, that a blessing, for us, have been met. Can give a blessing.
heard a lot of beautiful songs tonight, , to stay longer you sing, when you see so many enthusiastic audience, I think she will stay. Yes, finally she and her teammates were left to re-negotiate a little for everyone sang If. . . If. . .
After the concert will also do on-site sign, a lot of people out there They come out waiting in line to sign, due to time, we go, I think I will continue to be concerned about their future.

College Students
Preface:
in many foreign countries to develop students ability to self-training, to develop the habit of self-training, as well as improve the environmental adaptability of the main tasks of physical education. There are many schools in the country physical education of how to develop habits of physical exercise as an important task. But I still see the door after graduation many students left the Mass sports in China Investigation and Research pointed out: 78.84% of the people before the three-year-old interrupted his exercise. In 1999, the CPC Central Committee and State Council good habits. Therefore, in college sports college students to strengthen the habit. has a very real sense: a college education, self-improvement, to achieve personal best stage, where students develop the habit of lifelong sports.
1. What is a sports habit?
21 century, the rapid development of society, people not only learn to cope with fast-paced life and work, and properly handle the various complex relationships, face increasing challenges and competition, and often health the drop, the body severely overdrawn. days of fishing, two days drying net , and sometimes not easy to change the behavioral tendencies or social direction, is more than interested in the stability. from a psychological perspective, habits are not the will of the automation efforts and the supervision of the behavior patterns, habits, nature. Once developed a habit of physical exercise would not have upheld the initial pain, but enjoy the sport to bring people happiness. and school sports equipment to facilitate their site, and a teacher's guide, but also less brutal competition, conditions are unique, natural is to develop physical activity habits of the best places, college is the last leg of school physical education, their mental physical in more mature level of awareness is relatively high, easy-to-habit forming. must understand is that correct habits are sports at the right time , where, using the right methods of physical exercise activities, so I usually see the door on the playground playing basketball many students mentioned in football, does not necessarily have to exercise the body, due to time and place the right way may still be harmful to health.
2. Training Methods
college sports should be based on reality and guiding ideology, for the community, focus on the future, to train students in life-long interest in physical exercise, awareness and habits. School Sports College Sports is the final stage, a direct integration of social sports in population of active participation in sports training for the community sports, family sports, providing nationwide fitness advocates, organizers, instructors, and so has a special significance. Therefore, change to passive teaching, the teaching style to the main line train teaching, student understanding of the law were the main line of physical education, enhance physical process of teaching middle school students and teachers of this initiative the dominant learning behavior, in teaching activities from a single use of a particular teaching method or a class comprehensive and flexible teaching methods to a variety of applications, using a variety of teaching methods, such as: computers, multimedia and so on. Sports in not based on students in school during physical education and physical activity-centered education, but to look to the future, develop their life-long habit of engaging in physical exercise. clear the significance of exercise

in the contemporary market economy system, the requirements of the quality of talent more fully, to select a comprehensive physical and moral development of students, changed the light in the intellectual status of Germany and the body. Many enterprises and talented people first health Some units of the height, visual acuity, appearance, meter, etc. are required. as the tide of the market economy eyeing rival, the rapidly changing market disorder, the complex relationship between a busy social aspects and so require you to be strong, if not in knowledge, appearance, physique, both one-upmanship, can not be fast decision-making, response, action. Road to back in the competition and even fired upon. Some graduates thin because the body is lost in the rival candidates before the opportunities, exercise, strong physique, the goal is to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition in the talent market, it should be the sports consciousness of contemporary college students, the first fully mastering a good body, took to the community to compete and take advantage of training in school to develop self the body's habit, a certain amount of technical skills, know how scientific theory and method of exercise to guide exercise, even after the future direction of social conditions can be combined in a variety of the actual situation of their exercise, so that their quality improved, to reflect the value of your life, to contribute to the country.

Contemporary College students are the future hope of the country and nation, health, academic success for them, the basis for a happy life. But what is health? body does not get sick is healthy? not. According to the World Health Organization's definition of health < ; proper exercise habits.
2.3 students interested in sports
the old saying goes: relish the reports of newspapers and magazines are also very sensitive. This shows, sports interest is to promote independent learning and adhering to the premise of regular exercise, and only stimulate and maintain student interest in sports to the students conscious, active physical exercise . Therefore, in the teaching process, not just the technology and skills training, but according to children's psychological, physiological characteristics and motor skills to grasp the actual situation progressively, step by step, simplified exercise reasonable degree of difficulty, with the purpose of planned to develop students self-learning ability of self-training self-assessment. To continue to reform and innovation of sports teaching methods, adequate to meet the psychological needs of students and stimulate interest in the potential of students and let the system sports a solid grasp of knowledge: physical health, health knowledge, scientific training general principles and methods. self-evaluation and monitoring, and treatment of common sports injuries. and so on, through knowledge in the mind and knowledge of the whole and the flexible use in practice, has become its own capacity, both physical ability. fish, only meal of the drink, teach a man to fish you will last a lifetime,
2.5 demand full use of sports psychology students
physical education is a compulsory university course, students must pass the examination and receive credit. This is the motivation for physical education students. Teachers should take advantage of this motivation to learn, students exercise habits. the content of the assessment students can choose to compare like new and in after-school activities are also easy to pass the examination to go through a practice, so that the students in the class in addition to exercise, but also extended to the after-school exercise. students In the process of not only physical exercise is improved, and to some extent, publicity his own personality to show his strength, experience some fun, so does physical exercise with interest.

improve their self-learning ability of students to give full play to the initiative. teachers should study the process of teaching students in the psychological, physiological characteristics, method of transfer space with appropriate attention of students, learning as much as possible to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative to improve student interest in learning, motivate students the inspiration, and gradually improve the learning capabilities of students; strengthen the study of law, guidance, a person is only mastered the learning methods and laws, the formation of the ability to learn in order to take the initiative to obtain new knowledge; for students to develop the space, in teaching students to have free time and choice of space, students have the self-study, self-selection, self-development opportunities. onto the society, only with a self-learning ability in order to obtain more wider knowledge and better adapt to social competition.
the advancement of technology in modern society, therefore, cultivate the ability to create is very important. students to create awareness generally manifested in the novelty differences, unique way of thinking and behavior, teachers should give more recognition to deal with these revelations, and to opportunities for students to display self-practice.

A first quad-core server industry want to go beyond domestic manufacturers
A first quad-core server industry want to go beyond
domestic manufacturers before, with the AMD and Intel quad-core Barcelona quad-core Tigertown new release, indicating that four nuclear war, while an official war, the industry entered into multi-core to quad-core based era. The first cut is the quad-core server industry. so quad-core can widely used in the server industry, will determine the future quad-core can really proliferate.
as early as November last year, Intel's quad-core debut since server vendors have already begun to roll out quad-core server products. just because when Intel introduced the dual quad-core, server vendors also introduced dual quad-core servers. such was the wave of domestic server makers to simultaneously launch the world's first quad-core server products NF380D. Then, in April 2007, the tide in the IDF and Intel jointly announced the world's first quad-core virtualization performance test report, based on the wave of NF380D the overall efficiency of quad-core servers to dual-core server 1.91 times .8, SPEC announced the completion by the tide, the world's first quad-core platforms based on Intel SPECjAppServer2004 benchmark test results, results for the 1538JOPS (the number of transactions per second), not only set a record of the test the best two-way servers, but beyond a certain brand of international minicomputer. on the other server vendors in the country is still competing in the dual-core server market, when the wave of the domestic leader in server vendors have begun to join hands to promote the Intel quad-core applications, the process of industrialization.
in After the wave of domestic server manufacturer Lenovo, Pao, also have launched a quad-core platforms based on Intel's quad-core server, and foreign manufacturers of IBM, HP, Dell and Sun, also joined the race in the quad-core server. quad server market began to horizon.
a time when the September of this year, AMD quad-core release, and more server makers to quad-core camp. dawn clear that performance will be in their future fleet used in AMD's quad-core Barcelona, at the same time, the mainstream server vendors abroad IBM, HP, Dell, Sun, etc. in the original Intel quad-core server also said to be based on the AMD quad-core Barcelona launch with the server. From this quad-core server, the time has come.
is well known, both Intel and AMD have emphasized four core + multi-core virtualization is the future application of industry best in the server mode. And, according to a survey conducted by Forrester Research, IT spending accounts for operations Enterprise IT's total budget 80% m90%. only energy consumption as an example, Google engineer Luiz Andr Barroso after careful calculation of the result is that energy costs have accounted for 40% of hardware cost. In addition, the scale of expansion brought with electricity, heat and other hardware issues, and various software problems, making the system stability suffered increasingly severe challenges, a consulting firm for the customer TCO study shows that enterprises, especially SMEs in the cost of downtime up to TCO of server system 16.7%. To this end, four quad-core + implementation of virtualization is undoubtedly the also allows users, in particular, its difficult for Chinese users across the application threshold.
fact, for the user in terms, virtualization is not a new application of new technologies, and now most customers do not understand virtualization, as a new technology to treat, trust is not enough to virtualization. As the value of server vendors is to integrate industry resources to provide customers with highly available, easily managed virtualization solution, through the free trial, technical support and training to help users across the Yingyong threshold, to make it more quickly adapt to the new application model.
this end, Intel recently invested $ 218,500,000 acquisition of a stake in software company VMware is its emphasis on virtualization best proof of this. As for the server vendors, who can virtualization to conduct extensive cooperation with industry and applications will no doubt be in the future competition in the server industry, living in a favorable position. wave of domestic server makers once again walk in the forefront of other server vendors. When Intel releases new quad-core Tigertown time the first wave of expansion in the domestic and XenSource, SWsoft virtualization software vendors such as strategic cooperation, which makes the wave of quad-core can provide easier deployment of the virtualization market, manageability and cost of better solutions that help customers across the threshold of virtualization to help users to achieve high-performance multi-core applications.
support in addition to server vendors, the Intel dual-core in order to account for the absolute mainstream quad-core market share of the rapid increase, the use of a high-end quad-core products and dual-core pricing policy overlap, This pricing strategy at the Intel processors, the server vendors to quad-core server and dual-core server, pull the spread is very small. the world's top three brands IBM, HP and Dell as an example, Dell PowerEdge 2950 quad-core and dual-core configuration price Like, HP Proliant DL380 G5 dual-core and quad-core configuration only 6% of the price difference, IBM X3650 spread of 8%. In this pricing strategy, the user will naturally select quad-core server.
and as a domestic server companies, and Intel has taken the wave synchronization TTM, the first listing, and high-volume supply market, first cover market strategy, while the rapid completion of full line of server products to switch to quad-core platform. In view of earlier, the tide has been achieved in the four core areas more than the first, such as publishing the world's first quad-core server, the world's first quad-core platforms based on virtualization test, quad-core server SPECjAppServer2004 test world record and so on. coupled with the wave of quad-core strategy around the , the industry believes that the wave of domestic server companies represented in the four core strengths to further enhance the market leader.
waves recently with the simultaneous release of Intel's new quad-core and quad-core server virtualization solution whether it is domestic server makers beyond start?
even more concerns of the industry, in the recently released Intel's new quad-core Tigertown the same time, the wave of synchronized release of two new quad-core servers are based on a grasp of the needs of domestic customers, independent definition of design. and released at the same time innovative technology, launched its own product, and application level integration of industrial action initiated by the system, which is the first time in the domestic server makers.
this mark after many years of accumulated experience and technical resources to integrate with the upstream vendors matures, particularly technical cooperation from Intel PSR blood transfusion, as represented by the wave of domestic server makers have been satisfied with the international vendors to follow, and begin to try to transcend it? Let us wait and see!
